DIGAVEL relies on EVcharge’s White Label solution to manage its network of more than 100 chargers in Galicia

 

Interview with Pablo Rodríguez Regueira, Technical Director of DIGAVEL

 

In September 2024, DIGAVEL, Energea’s electric vehicle department, decided to implement EVcharge’s white label solution, fully customizing the platform with its corporate identity, including logos and colors. This tool has become the cornerstone of their strategy to manage and optimize their growing network of charging points.

Currently, DIGAVEL operates 100 chargers, most of them located in Galicia, distributed among public (city councils, parking lots, service stations) and private (factories and companies) customers. Its network, which serves more than 700 active and continuously growing users, offers services for both public and associated users (authorized users).

DIGAVEL distinguishes itself by offering comprehensive solutions for the installation, maintenance and intelligent management of electric chargers. Its mission is to simplify the customer experience, ensuring maximum resource utilization and avoiding the need to deal with multiple suppliers.

What would you highlight about the EVcharge team?

“The improvements since we have been working together have been very noticeable. What has impressed us most is the responsiveness of your team. They are always available and offer quick solutions, which gives us a lot of peace of mind.”

 

What about the EVcharge platform solution?
We love the ability to get detailed data and statistics, which helps us make informed decisions and optimize our network. Also, remote operation has been a before and after for us; being able to restart a loader in seconds is something we considered impossible before. In addition, the integrated ticket management system allows us to keep comprehensive incident control, statistics and traceability, something we couldn’t achieve before.”

 

Do you have feedback from your electric vehicle users and what changes have they experienced?
Yes, the feedback has been very positive. Users highlight that the app is very intuitive, fast and facilitates the process of initiating a charge in just a few steps. This has greatly improved their experience and has allowed us to build loyalty among more users.”

 

The EVcharge solution, as a management platform and white label, has allowed DIGAVEL to optimize the administration of its recharging points thanks to its integrated modules, the ease of remote management and the ability to offer a service adapted to both public administrations and companies. Serving different types of customers (public and associated users) has not been a challenge, but an opportunity to consolidate its network.
