Once your EVcharge keychain or card is activated and linked to your account, you can use it as follows:<\/p>

Free chargers<\/strong>: Bring the keychain close to the charger in the RFID zone, connect the cable to your car, and start charging!
To stop charging, bring the keychain close to the charger again.<\/p>

Paid chargers<\/strong>: You will need to activate the EVcharge Wallet (more information on our blog). Once activated and with a balance, you can use it in the same way as with free chargers bring the keychain or card to the charger, connect the cable to your car, and charging will start automatically.   4. Click the incident button.<\/li>
  5. Write the reason for contact, the charger where the issue occurred, and the<\/li>

    Go to the ”map” section, where you can customise the view of the area: map with relief, map without relief, satellite with labels or satellite without labels.<\/p>

    On the map you can see the recharge points in the selected area. If you access a recharging point, you will see the connectors at that station, the tariff and their availability in real time.<\/p><\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t

    When a free charger can be reserved, when you click on it, the ”charge” option will appear as well as the ”reserve” option and you will see how it changes colour to yellow when you reserve it.<\/p>

    It is not possible to make reservations for a specific date, the reservation starts at the moment of the request up to the maximum number of minutes allowed.<\/p>
