Installation help and use of the EVcharge APP

Attention! In order to manage the recharge of your electric vehicle with your mobile, the first thing you should do is download the EVcharge application.

1. Registration

When you install the application you will be asked to register, you can connect your accounts (gmail, Android, iOs, email) or create a new account. If you create a new account, remember to fill in all your details and confirm your email address.

2. Nearby charger

The GPS of your mobile phone will locate the charger relative to where you are and where you can charge your vehicle.

3. Charge map

You can also see the nearest chargers from the map or list of chargers (main menu) and navigate to them

4. Charging proces

Once you select the charger, select the socket and set the time or amount energy you want to charge.

5. Charging proces II

Once you have selected the time or power, you can confirm the charge. If the charger is free, it will indicate 0€, if it is a paid charger, it will ask for a card (see next step) and it will show you the amount.

6. Payment cards

If you do not own any associated cards, the application will automatically direct you to the screen to add one. You will be able to securely add your credit or debit card.

7. Start Charge

Once you have confirmed the charge, follow the instructions on the screen. Connect the cable to the car and click START CHARGING
* Remember that depending on the type of charger the steps may differ.

8. Charging interruption

During the charging process you will be able to see the status from your mobile phone. You can also interrupt/end charging at any time.
The application will only charge you for the actual time or energy consumed.

9. Charge Successfully finished!

In case you do NOT interrupt the charging process, the application will give you a warning at the end of the charging process so you can disconnect the cables and complete the charging process.

ACTIVATE FREE AND PAID CHARGERS WITH YOUR EVCHARGE KEY FOB OR CARD

Thanks to the new EVcharge Wallet feature, your EVcharge key fob or card (RFID) can now activate any charging point in the EVcharge network.

How does it work?

You need an EVcharge RFID device, such as the key fob or card. You can purchase it through the store in the EVcharge App.
Add credit to your EVcharge Wallet. Open the app, go to the main menu, select “Wallet”, and top up with the amount you want.
Congratulations! You can now activate chargers quickly and easily.

INTERACTIVE MAP

Find charging points using the search tool in any language, by city or points of interest.

ROUTE PLANNER

Travel worry-free, with charging stations always along your route. Enter your departure and destination, and the app will suggest chargers based on your vehicle’s current battery level and planned route.

CHARGE IN 2 CLICKS

The auto-charge option lets you configure a session with default card, vehicle, energy, and connector, reducing setup time to just two clicks.

MORE FILTERS

You now have more filtering options: search for chargers with associated services like Wi-Fi, café, supermarket, as well as the usual filters: available, free or paid, and power level.

NOTIFICATIONS

In the notifications menu, you’ll find a list of all received messages so you won’t miss any communication or alert from the charger.

RESERVE THE CHARGER

Reserve the charger to ensure it’s available when you need it. This option is only available for chargers where the owner allows reservations.

CHATBOT AND SUPPORT

You now have expanded information in the Help section, and if you can’t find what you need, start a chat with our support team.

FAVORITES

In the Favorites section, you’ll find your saved charging points, always handy and quick to access.

SCAN QR

If the charger has its own QR code, you can start charging directly by scanning it (using the blue button). The app will identify the charger and plug. This is useful in charging networks with multiple points like parking lots.

ACTIVE AND FINISHED CHARGING SESSIONS

This section displays all your charging sessions—both active and completed—so you can have full control over your activity.

BUSINESS PROFILE AND INVOCES

You can set up your profile as a company and receive invoices for your charging sessions with your tax information. Access your personal data from the menu.
